The moving company makes promises about moving dates, which are then not kept. Clear deadlines are not met. Again and again attempts are made to stall the customer, even if this means that the move can only take place after the end of the tenancy. For days there is no contact at all, and even the actually agreed move date elapses. Attempts to contact you in writing or by telephone are either ignored or answered with a delay. Here, the company gives different information to different people (e.g. those moving out and the next tenant) during telephone calls, the contractual partner is told that it will be possible to arrange it somehow, the next tenant (who has the key for collection) that it will no longer work out the week and they you should just put your stuff outside. In addition, the company only wants cash payment, only warehouse rent can be paid by bank transfer, although no IBAN/bank details are given for possible payment, even after multiple requests. Everything described above happened exactly like this. Poor overall if you want to be dumped, but certainly the right ones.

I felt the same as some of my predecessors negative stars. And actually I wasn't used to that from this company. This should be my third move with the Rödel company. The last two went very professionally. The team was due to begin the move around 8:00 this morning. It is now 3:30 p.m. and there is no parade. None of my calls are answered. Stuck in my wheelchair and my phone is blazing because a new move team is needed. Who pays the expenses in such a case? No stopping zone for today € 200.-, more costs for a 24-hour moving team € 890.-, telephone technician changed € 90.-, and and and...and who pays for it? Ah yes, the stupid CUSTOMER! Sad, sad...so, when doing business with the Rödel company...always have a plan B. Good evening
